Mobile: Team
The Team tab is a leaderboard showing how every technician on your crew is performing for the current calendar month. Every user can see it by default, which means your technicians can see their own stats alongside their teammates -- giving them real-time visibility into where they stand.
Stats shown include profit, revenue, payout, average ticket price, and total jobs completed, both at the individual and company level.
Web: Leaderboard
Click Leaderboard in the sidebar to see the same ranked view. The table shows Revenue, Payout, Profit, Jobs, and Margin for each technician, plus a Board Totals row at the bottom with company-level Revenue, Payout, and Profit.
Click into any technician's row to open their detail panel. It shows their Rank, Revenue, Payout, Profit, Callback Rate, Upsell Rate, and Margin, along with a View scorecard link to their full Scorecard.

Web: Settings > General > Show Leaderboard to Team
If you'd rather keep performance data visible to owners only, you can turn the leaderboard off for non-owner users. See Enable or Disable Leaderboard for instructions.
