Team > (Technician's Name) > Scorecard Button
Every technician in TeamBuyIn has a scorecard showing their individual performance metrics for the current month. To access it, tap the Team tab and tap any user's name. Then tap the blue arrow to open their scorecard.
Admins can view scorecards for every technician on the team. Technicians can tap their own name to see their own scorecard.
Note: The Scorecard view can be edited by selecting the date range you wish to view at the top of the screen.
Key Metrics and Rankings
At the top of the scorecard you'll find the technician's core performance numbers for the month:
Revenue -- the total revenue generated from jobs they were assigned to.
Payout -- their total commission earnings for the month.
Jobs Completed -- the total number of jobs they've been associated with.
Average Ticket -- their average revenue per job.
Callback Rate -- the percentage of their completed jobs that resulted in a callback.
Upsell Rate -- the percentage of their jobs that included at least one upsell service item.
Org Rank -- where they stand relative to every other technician on your team.
How to view a specific technician's completed jobs
Team > User > Scorecard > (Technician's Name)'s Jobs
Below the key metrics, the scorecard lists every job the technician has been associated with during the selected time frame, including both Pending and Reviewed jobs. This gives them a complete picture of their activity without having to dig through the job queue.
