What is a Reviewed Job

What is a reviewed job? What does Reviewed mean?

A reviewed job is a job that has moved out of the pending state through one of two paths.

Path 1: Approve

You tap 'Approve' on the job card. The job moves to reviewed immediately with no changes made.

Path 2: Review

You tap 'Review' on the job card. From there you can select or deselect line items, mark items as upsells, change which technicians are on the job, and customize individual payouts. Once you're done or-- if you make no changes at all-- you tap 'Confirm' to move the job to reviewed.

What you see on a reviewed job

Each reviewed job card shows the revenue, expenses, and final payout at the bottom. If any changes were made during review, an override badge appears next to the payout.

Once a job is in the 'Reviewed' state it is locked. You can see the final numbers but not how the payout was calculated. To see that detail or make changes, you need to 'Restore' the job first.

Restoring or flagging a reviewed job

Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the job card to restore the job or flag it as a callback.
