More > Team Management > User > Visible in Metrics
If you have a user you don't want appearing on the leaderboard, you can hide them without deactivating their account. Go to "More" in the toolbar, tap "Team Management," and tap the gear icon next to the user you want to update. Toggle "Visible in Metrics" off. When the toggle is off, that user won't appear on the leaderboard for anyone on your team. When it's on, they will.
Note: Hiding a user from metrics has no effect on their ability to log in, receive commissions, or appear on job tickets. It only controls whether they show up on the leaderboard.
