What the Dashboard Numbers Mean

What do the dashboard numbers mean? What is Return Trips? What is Add-On Rate? Why do my dashboard totals not include pending jobs?

Web: Overview > Dashboard

Mobile: Dashboard

The dashboard greets you and shows the date range at the top. If jobs are waiting, a banner has a button that opens Job Review on the Pending tab. Each card compares to the previous period with a percent change arrow, labeled 'vs last pay period', 'vs last month' or 'vs previous N days'.

Main cards

  • Revenue -- net revenue from reviewed jobs, with a progress bar toward your monthly revenue goal and how many days ahead of pace you are.

  • Jobs Done -- completed jobs in the range.

  • Payouts -- commission only. It shows the percent of revenue paid out and '+ $Y tips', because tips are a pass-through.

Secondary strip

  • Profit -- hidden if profit visibility is off for you.

  • Per-Job Avg -- average revenue per job.

  • Return Trips -- your callback rate. The target is under 5%.

  • Add-On Rate -- your upsell rate.

  • Margin -- profit as a share of revenue. The target is 40%.

Example: $4,000 profit on $10,000 revenue is $4,000 / $10,000 = 40% margin.

Pending jobs

Totals count reviewed jobs. A small '+$X' or '+N' next to a total shows what is still waiting for review.

Note: Each card loads on its own. If one fails, only that card shows an error.
