Web: Setup > Settings > Team > (person) > Shares job revenue
'Shares job revenue' gives this person a share of revenue and profit on the jobs they work. When it is off, their share goes to the other techs on the job. Only admins can change it.
A change also updates past periods. Unpaid commission can change, but paid commission stays the same.
Example: A $1,000 job has two techs, and both share revenue. Each is credited $500. If you turn it off for one, the other is credited $1,000.
