In TeamBuyIn, you can decide what user in the 'Team Management' page is or isn't commissionable.
If the toggle is highlighted, then a user is 'commissionable.'
If the 'commissionable' toggle is not highlighted, the user is not commissionable.
If a user is non commissionable, a user will be marked with a red x by their name in the job ticket.
This red x next to a users name means that TeamBuyIn will assume that this user shouldn't be commissionable, ever. (1) To add a commission to a non commissionable user, click 'Review.' (2)
Once in review, selecting the users button within the line item.
On each line item, you are able to select or deselect users before splitting their commissions.
If a user is non-commissionable, and you want to commission them, each time you want to commission them, you'll need to select them in the specific line item you want to commission them on. It will default to evenly splitting their commission with other members on the job ticket.
You can then customize their payout through the regular advanced review flow.
