Commissionable vs Non-Commissionable Users

How do you make a user non-commissionable? What is the red x next to a employees name in the job ticket?

Team Management > User > Commissionable

Each user in Team Management has a Commissionable toggle. When the toggle is on (highlighted), TeamBuyIn includes that user in commission calculations automatically. When it's off, they are marked as non-commissionable and excluded from commissions by default.

Team Management > User > Commissionable > Job Ticket > Red X

If a user is set to non-commissionable, you'll see a red X next to their name on any job ticket they're assigned to. This is TeamBuyIn's way of flagging that commissions will not be calculated for them on that job.

Jobs > Review > Line Item > User Selection

Non-commissionable users can still be paid out on individual jobs. Click "Review," find the line item, and select the user. TeamBuyIn defaults to an even split across all users on that line item. Adjust from there as needed.

Note: Non-commissionable users are never included automatically. You'll need to select them manually on each line item, every time.
