Jobs > Reviewed > Three Dots on Job Card > Reset
Once a callback job has been reviewed and approved, it counts toward the technician's callback percentage. If you need to go back and edit the payouts or change how the job was commissioned, you can 'Reset' it without losing the callback itself.
To reset a callback, go to the Jobs tab and open the Reviewed section. Find the callback job, it will be highlighted in red. Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the job card and select "Reset."
Resetting brings the job back to the callback stage, where you can edit payouts and commission splits the same way you would during any job review. Once you're satisfied with the changes, review and approve it again to lock in the updated payouts.
Note: Resetting a callback does not remove it from the technician's callback percentage. The callback is still counted -- Reset only gives you the ability to edit the payout before finalizing.
