1. Navigate to the jobs tab from the dashboard by selecting 'Approvals' at the top of the screen or 'Jobs' in the tool bar.
2. Once you're in 'Jobs,' you'll see a jobs summary showing general stats, pending, and reviewed jobs. Below it, you'll see the most recent job completed in your CRM. You'll have the option to review each job that comes through before confirming it.
3. Once you click 'Review,' to customize a commission payout, click the "Customize Payouts' button. When a line item is highlighted blue.
Note: When a line item is highlighted blue, it is able to be customized, if it is not highlighted blue, it is not able to be customized. You can select, or deselect, any line item.
4. After selecting 'Customize Payouts,' to edit the amount to payout on this specific line item, click into the number beside 'Override Amount.'
5. Once you've edit the payout amount, click 'Save' in the bottom right of the Customize Payouts block to save the new payout amount.
6. Click 'Save' to save the Customized Payout. Click 'Done' to confirm the Customized Payout.
