Callback a Job

How to track callbacks? How do I manage callbacks? How do I create a callback? How do I make a callback?

Jobs > Reviewed > Three Dots on Job Card > Callback

A callback is how you flag a job that required a technician to return to a customer's home, typically because the original work didn't resolve the issue. Logging callbacks in TeamBuyIn lets you track each technician's callback rate over time.

To create a callback, tap the Jobs tab and select the 'Reviewed' section. Reviewed jobs are outlined in green. Find the job you need to flag, click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the job card, and select "Callback."

Jobs > Reviewed > Job Card > Callback > Create Callback

After selecting "Callback," you'll be prompted to enter a callback reason and any additional notes. Once you've filled that in, click "Create Callback" to log it.

Jobs > Callbacks

Once created, the callback job is pulled to the top of the Jobs tab and highlighted in red so it stands out from your standard job queue. From there you can review and edit the payout for that job the same way you would any other job.

Jobs > Technician > Callback Percentage

Each technician has a callback percentage that reflects how many callbacks they've had relative to their total completed jobs. This resets at the start of every month.
