Currently, TeamBuyIn does not support creating commissions for employees that weren't assigned to the job in Housecall Pro. We recommend assigning anyone that you would like to commission to each job in Housecall Pro. You can then customize the payout accordingly through the job flow.
The reason it operates this way to do is to maintain parity with Housecall Pro. We do not want you to have two different sources of truth.
