Web: Work > Reports
The page subtitle is 'Preview and export payroll and accounting reports.' Pick a start and end date, choose 'All people' or selected people (up to 500), and click Generate. You can export reports for any range within the last 5 years. Only owners can export.
What the preview shows
A summary strip with revenue, payout, commission and profit. Totals cover every line item on the jobs shown. Selected-person figures cover only the people shown.
The Performance Pay table -- totals by person for payroll.
The Accounting detail table. See Accounting Report Columns.
Labor by person -- hours, pay and labor cost, for reviewed jobs only. See Hourly Rates and Labor Cost.
Sales commission entries -- Approved and Reopened.
Use the column picker to choose columns, which TeamBuyIn remembers. You can also filter, search and sort. The CSV prints money as plain decimals.
If you see 'No data for this date range.' or 'No jobs match this date range and people selection.', widen the range or people. 'Could not generate this report' means something went wrong. Try again.
