Admins can set a monthly profit goal directly in Organization Settings. Once set, a circular progress tracker appears on your dashboard showing how close you are to hitting your target for the current month. If your profit goal is $50,000 and you're tracking at $25,000, the tracker will show 50% complete. The tracker updates as jobs are reviewed and approved, so your progress reflects your actual numbers in real time.
Technician Goal Setting

Technicians can set their own monthly payout goal in Organization Settings. Their goal tracker works the same way as the admin profit tracker, but measures commission payout instead of profit. If a technician's payout goal is $5,000 and they've earned $2,500 so far this month, their tracker will show 50% complete.
Technicians see fewer options in Organization Settings than admins. They can set and update their payout goal but cannot access profit data or organization-level settings. The goals they set are not visible to admin as of 5/26/26.
Note: Goals reset at the start of every calendar month. Admins track profit. Technicians track payout. Each user sees only the goal tracker relevant to their role.
