How To Create A Callback:

1. Navigate to the 'Jobs' tab in the TeamBuyIn toolbar.

2. Scroll through the 'Jobs' tab until you reach 'Reviewed (x).' This is where all of your reviewed jobs for the calendar month are located. Click on 'Reviewed (x)' to see all of your reviewed jobs for the month.

3. The Job card for each 'Reviewed' Job will be outlined in green. On the bottom right of the job card, there will be three dots. Click the three dots to reveal a menu. Select 'Call Back'

4. Once you select 'Call Back', you'll be able leave a 'Callback Reason', notate when the callback is scheduled for, and leave any additional notes about the callback. Once you've filled out the information, click 'Create Callback' to register the callback.

4. Once you've created a callback, the card will be pulled the top of the 'Jobs' tab in the toolbar and highlighted red, clearly defining it is a callback. From there, you can decide whether to approve the payout (link) you were initially giving to the servicing tech, or use to the review flow (link) to delete the payout to that technician if you have to send someone else out, or decrease the amount the technician is paid from the original amount.

5. Your technician will have a callback percentage (link) that tracks the amount of callbacks they have compared to the amount of jobs they've completed. Every month, the 'callback percentage' resets. A technician will be able to see their 'callback percentage' as will their peers.
