A crew split is a saved, named split of a job's commission between technicians. Click 'New split' to create one. Weights are ratios. If all weights are zero, the split is equal. If you have none yet, the page says 'No saved splits yet. Create one here, or save one from a job review with 'Save current split as...'.'
Example: Weights of 60 and 40 split a $200 payout into $200 x 0.60 = $120 and $200 x 0.40 = $80.
To use one, open a job in Work > Job Review and apply the split to the whole job. See Customize Commission Splits. Deactivated people do not appear in the member picker.
