Adding Employees to TeamBuyIn

How do I add employees to TeamBuyIn?

TeamBuyIn will populate with all your employees in either Jobber or Housecall Pro in the team management page.

TeamBuyIn charges by user. A user is defined by how many profiles are currently "active" in the Team Management section.

To deactivate a user, click on the toggle next to the word "active." If you click on the toggle, you will be prompted with the option to deactivate a team member. If this is your desired action, select "deactivate." Keep in mind, if a user is deactivated, they will not show up on any job ticket nor have access to the platform.

Note: This action CAN be undone at any time.

To activate a deactivated user, click on the "inactive" tab and then click the toggle to make the user "active" again.
