Active User Billing
TeamBuyIn billing is based on the number of active users in your account. An active user is defined by anyone that has the toggle turned 'Active' in your account.
The base plan is $99 per month and includes up to three users. Each additional active user, including admins, is $20 per month.
Adding users
If you add a user in Housecall Pro or Jobber, they will be added to TeamBuyIn automatically and billing will update to reflect the new seat count. You need to deactivate the user from TeamBuyIn if you do not want to be charged the following month for it. The user seat charge applies to the following month and every month moving forward according to your subscription.
Removing users
If you decrease your active user count, your billing will decrease the following month.
