Web: Setup > Settings > General > Profile
On the 'Profile' card, upload your photo. You can crop and zoom. Drag the photo or use the arrow keys to move it, and use the slider to zoom. Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP file. The photo shows next to your name.
Web: Setup > Settings > General > Organization
On the 'Organization' card, upload your company logo. It shows next to your company name in the sidebar and on printed reports. Only an owner can change the logo.
If an upload fails, you may see that the file is too large, that it is not an image, that your session expired, or that 'Photo uploads aren't turned on'. In that last case, contact support from the chat in the bottom right corner of the app.
