TeamBuyIn syncs with Housecall Pro automatically every 30 minutes. If you need your jobs to update sooner, you can trigger a manual sync at any time.
More > Integrations > Housecall Pro > Manual Sync
To trigger a manual sync, open TeamBuyIn and tap More, then Integrations, then Housecall Pro. Then Tap Manual Sync. TeamBuyIn will immediately begin pulling the latest data from Housecall Pro.
Note: You can only trigger a manual sync once every 10 minutes. If jobs are still not appearing after a manual sync within 10 minutes, email [email protected].
